Sixth DragonBall Graphic Novel Review

The sixth installment to the dragonball series is a cool one. We last left Goku in Muscle Tower. We begin our new novel with him in muscle tower. Goku has a lot of trouble with the last couple of guys and makes a new friend in the process. He finishes the muscle tower challenge and starts on his journey again for the dragon balls. He is upset to find his dragon radar is broken so he has to find Bulma to fix it. So now Goku goes to the city to find Bulma. He has a lot of fun trying to find bulma and his journey is quite funny.

When Goku gets to Bulma's house, he is welcomed by Bulma herself. She fixes the dragon radar and is eager to join Goku on his journey. She grabs her Hoi Poi capsules and sets off with Goku.

They get a signal on the dragon radar and set down on a beach and discover that the dragon ball is under the water. Bulma quickly says she has a submarine capsule and wips one out. When it explodes, it reveals that the capsule is actually Bulma's father's capsules. (it is very funny when it explodes, especially for Goku.) When they discover they don't have a submarine capsule, Goku suggests they go to the turtle hermit's island to borrow one. They easily find the island and take it down under water. It turns out that they aren't the only ones down there looking for the dragon ball. It is the Red Ribbon Army. Goku and Bulma get fired on by the RRA and that is where the graphic novel leaves off. What a cliff hanger!

You must get this one for your collection. There are some GREAT pictures in it. (Heh heh heh.) I suggest this one though for 16 year olds and up. That is for the parents out there. But if you think your kids can handle minor nudity, then by all means get it for them. They will love it.
